I am a figurative artist and work in various media. I am mostly inspired by people that I know, love and care for.

We live in a small town, outside of Stellenbosch, called Jamestown and for the past few years this community with all their joy and hardship was a great source of inspiration for my work.

I am also an art teacher and run a private art school with 70 students. The school produces a high standard of work and has regular art exhibitions and an annual charity art auction.
